![]() ![]() The high eitr requirement can be mitigated somewhat: Casters only need sufficient Eitr at the time of casting, not afterward.Blood magic level 47 is currently the minimum skill level at which a single food item ( Seeker aspic) will allow a player to cast the Dead raiser. As of the Mistlands update, no single Food item grants sufficient Eitr for players with low skill at Blood magic to use the Dead raiser: Such players must consume at least two Eitr-focused foods to use it, leaving them with a lower maximum potential health pool. The glow effect also makes players slightly easier to detect while sneaking, increasing the visibility of its holder by approximately 10%.It is very dim compared to most proper light sources, but can provide a small amount of light in the dark. The Dead raiser glows faintly purple-pink at all times. The dead raiser has a limit to how many summons it can control at once which depends on its quality if a player casts the dead raiser when they already have summoned the maximum number of skeletts, their oldest skelett will be killed off and a new one will be summoned. Depending on the location it may be advantageous to re-summon for melee- or archery-specific skeletons. Summoned skeletts will randomly spawn with a Bronze sword (80% chance) or a wooden bow (20% chance) if the skelett has a sword, it may also spawn with a Wood shield or a Bronze buckler (25% chance each). Similarly, how much health is drained upon casting is also affected by the caster's blood magic level, as is how much eitr is required: at level 100, both will be reduced by 1/3. The amount of damage dealt by its summons is highly dependent on the caster's Blood magic skill level: each Skelett's damage increases by 2% per level up to a maximum of 300% of their base values (at level 100). Like the other magic weapons, it has no secondary ability. In addition to requiring up to 100 Eitr to be cast, the caster will lose up to 40% of their current Health ( not their maximum health). They are much stronger than normal skeletons, even compared to 2-star variants. The skelett will follow its summoner and attacks any non-tame creature that comes close, with the exception of neutral Dvergr. When cast, a Skelett (a tamed Skeleton) spawns near the caster. The Dead Raiser is one of four Magic weapons introduced in the Mistlands update. ![]()
